Schools finished for the year, hooray!
Took the girls for a surprise ice cream, after their school picnic
Dave’s work barbeque
shopping
Spending time with the M&Ms
Oh and car park duty this morning looked something like this

it was parked their last time we were rostered on…
someone must like that car space??!!

The girls started bringing lots of things home from school

Report day today
And they couldn’t have had more glow!

Cut a tag and made it stretch

used some Studio Calico Elementary paper/stickers
and the apple stamp is from Kikki-K

In This Place That I Like To Call My Home

Today Lucy had her last ‘real day’ at Kinder
She has one day next week but it’s the school picnic so it doesn’t really count lol
This morning her class gave a concert to the parents
Then at the end they each received a ‘graduation’ certificate

Made me sad that I won’t be a kinder mum again
Made me sad that this was a sign of having all our girls at school full time
Made me proud of Lucy and how much she has learnt this year
Made me so happy that our girls go to school and enjoy all that schooling has to offer
Sigh

Where The Treetops Glisten And Children Listen

The new Kraft It Up challenge is to scrap Christmas photos, using non traditional colours and add some knots
I took up the challenge and created:

the journaling

some of the yummy new buttons I received from Such Sweet Tierney 

some knots and I embossed this gorgeous Scrapmatts chipboard

This morning Lucy, Dave and I went to watch the Prep-Grade 2 final assembly
Each class did a performance and the 2 choirs also performed
Elizabeth did a fabulous job with both

and tonight Dave is at the Grade3-6 assembly
and is in for a long night
Last year it poured with rain and tonight it is looking like it will do the same!

Happy Ever After In The Market Place

Had a rare day around home today
Thought I would give the White With 1 challenge a go
I loved this photo
Loved that Lucy is still while everything happens around her
So this page was brought to life

Embossed, in white, this dragonfly from Scrapmatts 

Layered some doilies from Clara Bows Tea Party's etsy shop with a Martha Stewart paper doily and Such Sweet Tierney buttons

gave my dymo another run

and the misting/masking/fun  with some doodling and stitching
