The July Cocoa Daisy kit is live
AND
it is wondrously good!!
”Note To Self” (even the name makes me smile) is a super cool kit
and I also purchased the “Take Note” add on, the embellishment add on and the “To Do List” paper add on.
The first page I created was this
Simple design and I love it
I used papers from "To Do List"
Alpha stickers, paper clips (which are soooo tiny and cute!), OA tidbit, and ribbon are from "Note To Self".
And other pieces are from "Take Note" and the Embellishment add on
I love being able to take photos on my phone
alter them with instagram
share them
print them
and then scrap them
The second page is a contrast to the simple design of my first page
I created the back ground using the Crafter's Workshop Reversed Chicken Wire stencil and some Mustard Yellow Maya Mist
and some red and blue Dylusions.
Aren’t these badges gorgeous?!
I altered the OA alpha stickers with some red paint.
I really wanted to play more with the kit but time hasn’t allowed me to get more than 3 pages made
So here is the third page
Took this photo, of Dave and his cousins, while at Dave's Grandpa's Funeral last week.
Love that they all enjoy being together and there is always laughter.
Page created using pieces from "Note To Self", "Take Note" and the Embellishment add on.
as well as paper from"To Do List"
I’ve used a couple of pieces of packaging on my page too.
Here you can see the ribbon, found in the October Afternoon Miscellandy die cut pack (in the Embellishment add on)
I ruffled it to add some dimension
I love all the brads that you get in the kit.
Pulled out the trusty typewriter and added the journaling.
The kits go on sale July 1 (US time) for non-subscribers
So if you are interested I would note the date down because these kits are sure to sell out super quick.
totally yummy pages!..love them all, esp the reversed chicken wire..looks amazing, can't wait for my kit to arrive now! :)
