Last weekend Dave and I went to Melbourne.
We went to the Scrapbook and Papercraft Expo on the Saturday
And before we left on Sunday we had breakfast with a friend.
After our delicious breakfast we wandered around
and then ended up going to Max Brenner for an “iced chocolate”
(or as they called it a Whipped Milk Chocolate Frappe)
IT WAS YUM!
The drinks were served in tall mugs, named Alice,
and below the hole (for the straw) were the words “Drink Me”.
So, of course, I had to make a fun page to document the moment.
Inspired by the March Kraft It Up challenge, which is to use this sketch
I’ve made this page, based loosely on the sketch
I used pieces from my March Cocoa Daisy kit (which also contained a piece of Kraft Cardstock)
I’ve also used the road map stamp, from the March Stamp kit
as well as an older Cocoa Daisy stamp
Embossing the hand with gold embossing powder
I’ve also used my new neon pink tape with my new Motex (purchased online at Lark)
and, well basically, I’ve just had fun
Can you tell??
What have you had fun creating this week??
I can tell!

ReplyDeleteThis page is awesome. Love all the different paper strips, and the chocolate frappé
ReplyDeletelooks heavenly good.
Can I ask where you have got the pink strips( which looks like made with a manual DYMO machine) from. I have looked on DYMO's own pages and it dosn't look like they produce pink themselves. The pink strips with writing looks fab on your page!!!
