One of the projects for last year’s Scrapbooking Memories Magazine Masters competition
Involved creating your own background.
I thought this page would be the easiest so I left it till last.
I really struggled trying to make a background that was unique.
I attempted this page several times before settling on this one.
I love background paper that has text on them so
I created my own using some Kraft cardstock, my printer and the trusty old program Word.
I tried not the think too much after that, because I have learnt that thinking and creating don’t really mix well.
I think this page was actually a turning point for me.
As I came to realise what I like and don’t like in a background.
As I also came to realise (again) to stop overthinking and just create.
