In case you missed it, because you didn’t see my facebook updates or instagram photos
I’ve been to America and back
I went to CHA
The Craft and Hobby Expo
My primary reason for going was to meet some of the Cocoa Daisy girls
My second reason for going was to meet some of the other amazing people who would also be in the same location
AND
Because I was going all that way I just had to go visit my friend Linda.
AKA: Phinner, Phin, the phinster, and any other Phin-related-variant that I can come up with!
She lives in San Jose (just an hour flight from Los Angeles)
and I spent two nights with her, before returning to LA and on to Anaheim for CHA
I will be sharing photos and stories over time but first I wanted to share this page
You see Linda and I spent a day at her VERY COOL kitchen table scrapping and crafting
I created this page, which I finished off today (LINDA DID YOU NOTICE IT WAS DIFFERENT?!)
I’ve used some wood veneer (note the ‘5’ is now an ‘s’)
Papers from I Lowe Scrap
Washi tape from D-lish scraps
Alphas from Simple Stories
Tin Pin from October Afternoon
had to add some pops of pink
So used paint and twine
Shipping tags are my all time favourite way to add journaling
Love them!
You seriously wouldn’t believe how often she was out the back practicing cartwheels!
But it paid off
For now…
She currently has a green stick fracture
So one arm is in a removable cast
and that’s slowed her down, just a little!
But more on that later!!
I love this LO Sharmaine!! It has a Gorgeous arty flair to it. LOVE the little stars..x
