Time to get back into the swing of things!

Well, it was a relaxing weekend and now the girls are home again I feel I can cope with the week and the going back to school things. School starts, for Megan and Jessica, on Thursday and Monday for Elizabeth. I am feeling apprehensive about another new school and, although I know it is the best choice, that they have to settle in again as do I. I am hoping we all get through the process quickly and we all meet some wonderful new friends.

Last night we went and had Indian for dinner. Was lovely and we went here again. The Taj Palace, yum.

Cricket was on last night so Dave watched that while I scrapped.

Created this one of Lucy

This one for the Scrap Mojo challenge, to use red and an equation

and finally this one of Megan.

The heart beads are from the latest kit at Qtea and the cool xoxo journal spot is from a wonderful pack I won from Veronica and her VERY cool etsy shop! Still to take a photo of all the yummy stuff she sent but its worth having a peek at her shop!

This morning was a slow start, still in my pjs till almost 11am!!! So we went and had 'breakfast' at the Split Cafe in Moonah. Is a new cafe and it was lovely. Dave even scored a free coffee! They have name plaques near some of the tables and we were talking to the owners and it came up that we actually knew who the people on the plaques were so they said we could have a free coffee!!! Nice place and they do dinners too so we might just have to go back and check that out whenever we get a kid free night again!!!

While we were at Salamanca Markets on Saturday we bought this for the girls

Looking forward to watching it grow :)

Lucky you, a kid free weekend, makes you feel like you can tackle just about anything! You sounded like you had alot of fun.

Loved reading your tag. I just loved this month's red velvet kit, that I was actually finally going to make a purchase, the eye candy was just too much and what do you know like every other kit this month, it was sold out in a day (or for us, a timezone!!).
I will have to look into that bloglines have no idea what it is all about.

Love that paper you used on the scrapmojo layout, and the red dots framing the photos.
The venus fly trap looks cool, have always wanted one, I'll be interested to see how well it grows.
