I know I do :)
This is what happened while we were at Mum and Dad’s for our ‘pre-Mothers day’ lunch
Dave gave this previously a cubby house, previously packaging new life
I don’t know how many trips he made but he pulled all 6 of the girls down the hill and it wasn’t at a slow pace
They LOVED IT!!!!!
They would each have a turn, 2 at a time, and those that weren’t on the cardboard would run down the hill after them
I love Elizabeth’s face in the top photo
She was grinning from ear to ear as she looked back at everyone
And I love this shot of Megan sliding off at the end
I do love cardboard. We bought a new table recently and we had two oddly shaped boxes setup in our living room for the girls. It was their houses for about a week until I was too sick of looking at the boxes. :)
ReplyDeletehehehehehehehehe....loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee it....makes me wonder why we spend $$$$$$ on toys when the cardboard makes them the happiest! LOL! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
ReplyDeleteAhh the simple things. I remember making a car out of cardboard box when Cait was 4 or so. We even added a steering wheel and she decorated the rest herself. I loved that thing.
ReplyDeleteAhhhh....so right the very simple pleasure of life!!!! Love this post and thanks for sharing with us!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm on my way over. Do you think Dave would be game to give me a ride too? LOL!!!
