Well Christmas is done and dusted
and the new year is here
I haven’t blogged for almost 2 weeks, scrapped in almost 3 and have had a horrid head cold almost all that time too
Been busy, Christmas-y events, Birthday events, shopping, baking, enjoying time with family…
just what this time of year is all about
Yesterday was our first ‘real out outing’ of the school holidays
We packed the bikes and a picnic and headed to a spot 20 minutes drive from here
Spent some time with my sister and the M&Ms
Eating
kicking a ball
and the girls had fun on (and off) the bike track they had near the park
just love the traffic lights!
Today we went to Mum and Dads for lunch
Tired, from this cold and staying up to see the New Year in
I spent some of last night scrapping
Staying awake by getting back into being creative
Elizabeth got 2 cook books and a “Happy Little Bakers” kit for Christmas
and has had a couple of days where she got to cook something
even when she wasn’t cooking she still wore her hat and apron
and some close ups
Happy New Year to you all, I hope 2011 has wonderful things awaiting for each of you
I was hoping to start the new year without this cold
wasn’t to be and I hope it is gone soon so I have a little more energy
Great LO and looks like you had a fabulous day. Happy New Year.
