Sail Along The Silver Sky

I just uploaded some new things to my Scrapmatts gallery tonight
This page I made while up in Brisbane

I didn’t have a craft knife so cutting out the backing for the Hot Air Balloon was a challenge with scissors
But I found the packaging, that it came with, was ideal for a template to cut out the pattern paper and Basic Grey packaging

One of the first shops I hunt down, when going to the mainland, is Kikki-k
This trip I found some very cool sticky notes
and had to added one to this page

oh and see the buttons?
They used to belong to Dave’s Grandma and so are now another way to remember her
I thought they were fitting to add to a page of Megan’s, who treasured her Granny,
and I wrote on the back of the layout so she would always know to treasure them

When we got back from Brisbane there was a package awaiting full of some new Scrapmatts chipboard
When I saw the Hearts Spray I just knew I wanted to make a card

and simple cards are my fave Smile
I cut off a heart, painted it and put it right back on the spray
Simply simple Smile
And lastly this page
I made today

All about yesterday

even using the journaling from yesterday

painted the inside of a Heart then placed it back in the outside heart
