Look Up At The Rain

Been a busy weekend
Yesterday we celebrated the 4th birthday of this little munchkin

We spent the morning freezing our toes off at the playground
The gorgeous Urban Loft kit from Cocoa Daisy went on sale over the weekend too
Here are the first three pages I made using this and the Pencil Factory add-on

a page documenting the same day last year

IMG_4010

pulled apart one of the Sassafras Lass blossom and layered it up with some paper flowers, a sticker and pearls

IMG_4011

tag is from my own stash

IMG_4012

second page was pure play

IMG_4014

love this photo because it captured three of the girls in their sunglasses

IMG_4017

slid some paint over the top of the Basic Grey Alphas

IMG_4018

and the paper had the perfect spot to write the story

IMG_4019

love the Pink Paislee tissue paper and misted the kite with some soft blue glimmer mist

IMG_4020

and the third page

IMG_4022

adore that camera sticker

IMG_4025

sprayed the American Crafts paper with some glimmer mist
then wiped off the excess to keep the dimensional white lines white
the tissue paper I stuck down and then pulled off to make the drip effect

IMG_4026

and the My Little Shoebox alphas were great for my journaling

love the colours in this kit!
Yellow, grey, blue… yum

  1. I like how you used the The Little Shoebox alphas for journal. Very time intensive, but worth the effort.
