You might see that Page 37 holds a page of mine.
I had never scrapped a first birthday of any of our girls, till this one.
There were a few memories of the day.
My Dad was a police man and he was called out to a drowning, so he wasn’t home.
My youngest brother was the only one still living with Mum and Dad, so he was there.
Megan’s cake was the start of a tradition.
Each of our girls had a sponge cake, filled with cream and covered with strawberries for their first birthday.
I also remember her not quite knowing what to think of it all.
She’s now 15.
Time goes by incredibly fast.
