In My Life I Love You More

Today Dave and I spent the day together
Today is our 13th wedding anniversary
We did do some Christmas shopping
But we spent the day together
Hanging out
which is one of my most favourite things to do

And The Band Begins To Play

Are you sitting down??
You might want to get comfortable
Because you are about to experience the busy-ness of the last few days
December and Summer started
And with the start of December we started our ‘Christmas Calendar’
We go youngest to oldest, so today was Dave’s turn but Lucy had the very first one

Friday night we (plus Mum, Dad, my sister and the M&Ms) all ventured to the Combined Primary Schools Band and Choir Concert

Megan was in the band and Jessica in the choir
This photo gives you an overview of how many kids participated

It’s out of focus but here you can see the Grade 5 combined band and up behind them is the choir
There were also 4 Grade 6 bands
Lots of kids
and they all played/sang really well!!

we all enjoyed the night but were super tired by the end
Yesterday someone started putting up the outside Christmas lights

he only did a few before we went to Mum and Dad’s to partake in some of this

to celebrate Mum’s birthday

and, again, we enjoyed spending time with everyone

and this afternoon SOMEONE played with more of THESE

and before you fall asleep with all our going-ons…

What The Room Needs Now…

is a hanger
So today I made one

I used bits from the Miss Matryoshka kit from QTea
The brocade paper is just gorgeous and was perfect to start the hanger

coated the cutout doll with some dimensional magic to protect it and give it longevity, she says in hope lol

So the painting is finished and Dave has made a start on putting her wardrobe together



She is back in her room tonight
Tomorrow, in amongst the running around our Sunday is bringing, we will tackle the rest of the move in
Dave has the drawers on the cupboard to finish off and we have a whole lot of sorting to do

I Spent Some Time In A Lolly Shop

and now have a zillion things + photos to share :)

My kit arrived and today I had a little play and created this layout

The journaling, which is on a piece I cut from one of the notepapers

 

Pompom trim always makes me smile

and the scallop edge under the trim is also from one of the notepapers
Isn’t the heart paper doily gorgeous?????

and in this corner I added one of the red poppies and a Elle Studio love bird tag

On Tuesday we went to Richmond with my Mum, Dad, Sister and her kidlets 
Fun was had
In the park

Food was eaten



Ducks were fed



Bridges were crossed



Hills were rolled down



Photos were taken



Lolly Shops were visited



Drooling was done

hard decisions were made

$2 each was spent

lunch was purchased



lunch was eaten



Old churches were explored

and more photos were taken



So that was our Tuesday
The other days have been filled with busy stuffs
Like Trouble before bed

and tonight we dined on home made pizzas
