I will treasure this photo

It reminds me of just 3 weeks ago when we celebrated Dave's Grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary.
It reminds me of a wonderful bond that has been built between Grandma and Megan.
It reminds me that Grandma would have been 82 next week.
It reminds me that it is so important to make the most of good times.
It reminds me of the love that Grandma past on to future generations.
It reminds me not to be sad but to celebrate the time we had with her.
It reminds me of the generous person that she was.
It reminds me of the wisdom she was happy to pass on.
It reminds me that Grandma is now in a place that is beyond our imagination.
It reminds me that she is no longer battling cancer, no longer in hospital and no longer in any pain.
It reminds me of hope, love and joy.
It reminds me to be thankful for the time spent with her, thankful to know her, thankful that she was my Grandma-in-law.
It reminds me to look beyond the blur and see the things that matter.

today Dave's Grandma past away.
today i'm thinking of Dave's family.
today I remembered this photo.
