I Miss You When You’re Not Here

Yesterday we had the privilege of looking after a friends 4 year old daughter for the day
Lucy loved the company and because we were heading down to visit my Dad she came on an adventure with us
We got to feed some of these

and these

and collect some eggys from these

obviously not all of those, because we all know men don’t do the egg thing as well as the females ;)
We got to watch my Dad on this

Got to walk the dogs

and I got to wander around Mum’s garden and see what I could snap :)

Was a lovely day and Dad loved having 2 four year olds to spoil ;)

Today was meant to be a class excursion for Elizabeth but it poured with rain this morning so it’s been postponed
She did get to go to a birthday party after school though,

we have only just got home and it’s now almost quiet here :)
Dave’s in Sydney for the night, should be almost there by now, so I’ve just made a coffee and hoping to finish up here and then find something to fill in the time till bedtime

Scrapped this page today

I used some of the Basic Grey that was in the Studio Calico "Fall Festival" add on kit

Enjoyed this time with Dave, just us

used the wire on this flower, purchased from Lincraft when we were in Ballarat, to make a heart :)

  6. looks like you all had a great day. My girls love to visit my mum in the bush and see the goats, chooks, turkeys etc. I bet Lucy loved having a little friend her age to play with. Most of my Lucy's friends are her sisters and older and she is always asking "am I going to have my friends when I go to kinder?" I love the spotty paper on your paper and great idea with the heart wire. I missed not being on my computer as I missed reading every ones blogs ;( Take care Sharmaine
