It’s The Matts That Matter

Have been looking forward to sharing, with you, this page I made for Scrapmatts
I had lots of fun, using mist and paint

100_3574

I used a "Floral Spray 01" (CB1097) from Scrapmatts
I sliced it up the middle, so it unfolded
and then added some rhinestones to each of the buds, so they looked like coloured lights

and why a page on Christmas lights?? Well…

100_3577

oh and see the birdys?? I punched them using the inside of an envelope, couldn’t let that silver paper go to waste Winking smile

ok so the paint/mist???
I used Mister Huey in white and sprayed over the page
then I added little dabs of colour
then I used an old gift card and wiped over the top in a circle motion
thus creating the cool white and sparkly lights effect
Well, I hope that’s what you see lol

My second page is using the "Shells 01" (CB6061) and "Shells 02" (CB6062) packs from Scrapmatts

I just love the detail on each of the Scrapmatts products
and these shells are no exception!
This one even has a section that ‘lifts’ to give it dimension, fabulous!

the journaling
