Tonight Dave, chef 2, and Elizabeth, chef 2 served up the dessert that they made today
the recipe has been floating around for… can’t think how long
Dave found it again this week
so some of the ingredients ended up on the shopping list
Dave made the short crust pastry from scratch
don’t know what happened to the meringue peaks
maybe they need to practice that one a little more!
I’m told it is delicious
So I am looking forward to finding out if it really is!!
