Today I played with scraps.
I challenged myself to use just scraps.
Apart from the background pattern paper, which I had altered with some mist and water.
I also used some older embellishments
or ones that I had been “holding on to”
Journalled this moment
and created this page
What things are you “holding on to”?
Why not pull out some scraps and use that special thing to create something wonderful!

Scrapbooking at its finest (using real scraps)! I love the mix of colors, which is perfect for the travel/adventure theme. Love the cool background, too.

ReplyDeleteI just love this. The colours are fabulous. Can't believe this is just scraps. You make me want to get my gear out and play (and it's like 11pm right now and I've got work in the morning). I'm going to be thinking of you in my sleep-deprived state in the morning ;-)
This is great - so much texture and layering. I like to try to use up scraps, but i do sometimes get an embellishment or 12by12 and I just want to save it for a really special layout!
