I've used a Flutterby Designs Stencil
I added one of the printables from Cocoa Daisy
Some other bits and pieces from my stash
Embellishments: Cocoa Daisy printable,
Fancy Pants sticker, tags and diecuts,
My Mind's Eye enamel dots. Font: Emily’s Candy.
Other: Texture paste, date stamp, foam tape, ink.
