What makes you smile??

Yesterday was the 2nd anniversary of us becoming home owners! It still scares me to say that!! Yesterday was also the first of the month so a new challenge has been posted over that the Groovie Scraps Cafe. This month I chose my fave product Scenic Route! I love that the papers are double sided, I love that they all work so well together and I just love the feel of them!! Wish I could use them more!! None of the local scrapping stores stock it so its something I buy very little of and tend to hold on to for something 'special'!!! Anyway here is my page ;)

Today was a busy day but not really!! We were out and about this morning, treating Elizabeth and Lucy to a babychino (free with any coffee purchase at Gloria Jeans) and buying Megan's birthday present while she wasn't here.
The afternoon dragged so while Dave played on the computer with the girls I scrapped this :)

I used a mix of green paint, silver paint and glitter and an old piece leftover from some chipboard star die cuts and painted :) fun fun :)

Yesterday I picked the last of our apricots, we have 3 big icecream containers full in the freezer, so now we are racing the birds to find the ripe green gages!

Well folks, I think that's it :)
Hope your weekend is a nice one. We pick up Megan and Jessica tomorrow, YAY.
