December Daily Update

Thought I would quickly do a blog update, while the kids watch telly before dinner and then we await Dave's return from his trip up North. Haven't got much time so I will just do my December Daily pages so you can see :)

Spent 3 hours last night making 2 batches of Grandma's Christmas biscuits while Dave took Megan and Jessica to Megan's Final Assembly where her class and recorder groups did a performances. Took a photo of the biscuits for this page which I had been waiting to finish

I printed the recipe on canvas paper and added it inside the envelope

Wednesday was Jessica's final assembly, her class and choir performed, and Lucy and I went with Elizabeth's kindergarten group to see the pantomime Alice in Wonderland at the Botanical Gardens.

I made some tags, sprayed them with glimmer mist, they look like leather now, and added the photos.

Yesterday Jessica brought home her school books, took photos of these two things that took my fancy. A picture of a monster called David and some writing about what she wants to be when she grows up.

Will leave you with some of the photos I took the other night when I was mucking about with my camera. I had it on the night setting and swirled the camera, around while pointed at the Christmas lights, to get this effect, which I think looks pretty cool :)

Love that spotty page. And those biscuits look yum. Biscuits like that never last long in our house.
