I'd Like To Thank...

the bird who flew into my photo, because he just made the skyline so much nicer than, the wonder that is Dave's work, the transmission lines :) Sometimes I feel like buying photoshop just so I could remove those lines and towers from my mountain shots. But for now it is what it is lol So here you go the snow that fell on our mountain overnight. Down to 600m is what they said last night.

This morning Lucy and I went to visit a friend, one of the mums from school who has a 4 and 2 year old at home. While we had a cuppa the kids played. Nice :)
From there Lucy and I dashed home to deal with the washing and then returned the library books and collected another arm full. Home to spend the day keeping warm, even though the sunshine was beautiful the wind was cruel. Lucy and I made some houses, more like a tent but she wanted a house... and while she was busy I scrapped this page. Not a favourite but its a photo I wanted 'out there'.

Used some October Afternoon papers, some playing cards I purchased off etsy,

Journal spots are from Shabby Chic Crafts, journaling tape sticker from Collage Press

and some Jenni Bowlin letters :0)

So that's my Monday, how was yours?

  4. Great shot! Sounds like a busy day. I can't wait for summer to be able to have days like this with my kiddos. Only nine more weeks until summer break here.

My Monday was not a bad one.
