Oh What Good Mum am I!

Tomorrow is Thursday and Thursday is Megan’s day for show and tell, in her class.
The class have been sharing recipes, talking about the way recipes are writing and how you have to follow a procedure etc. Some of them have taken ‘samples’ and Megan asked if I would make some pumpkin muffins for her to take. So the good mum I am baked today, because tomorrow is Thursday :)

I made up the recipe, which I will add to my recipe blog later, and have to say they are the yummiest muffins I have ever made, and I have made a few!! They are soooo delish straight from the oven, oh yum!! Megan has 30 ready, in a basket, to take tomorrow, we ate quite a few and there are some big ones in the freezer for lunch boxes :)

The journaling

Cut up one of the file index die cuts and turned it around to make this

and the other page I made

 

took 3 of the die cuts, a scalloped one, a larger circle and a smaller circle to make this.
Scrunched them all, to give dimension, and cut into the circle on to make it look like petals.

Still have a sore throat and baggy feeling eyes, best way I can describe that lol, but feeling a better than Monday.
Yay for the mid week and here’s to the end of the week :)
