It’s Monday

And it was really nice not to have to leap out of bed to get people ready for school and work
Oh holiday time I love you!
Today we did a little preparation for holiday goodness
A little supermarket shopping
Purchasing some cross stitch kits for some little hands
Renting some DVDs
and borrowing loads of books from the library

I think these might last till next week so we can have another trip to get some more :)
We also took the girls to the bike track
Packed up the car with kids and bikes and off we went
Sadly, when we got there, the back of the car wouldn’t open
So there was no bike riding
Just walking
But that was fine because there was a brand new exercise area to check out

So tomorrow we have added, to our holiday list, a visit from the locksmith lol
If he can’t fix the car door then it will be a trip to our mechanic :) Joy :)
Will leave you with a page I made for Banana Frog
For the colour focus challenge
This month’s inspiration is

Schimage

(image obtained from the book 'The New School of Information Society')

this is the page I made

used the Build A Bloom set for the journaling lines,

Budmo Jiggler for the embossed title

and Sentimental Style for the brackety shape under the date/year.

  4. I am a little bit jealous of your holiday plans Sharmaine. We are just getting back to school. I realize something about myself...in a perfect world I would be a stay at home mom again probally homeschooling my kiddos. I just love being home with them!
so glad you get to do all those fun things.

Loved catching up with your photos and family news.
