REVIEW: KOR Hydration Vessels

Hands up who likes to drink water?
Keep you hand up if you drink enough water in your day?
And keep your hand up if you find it easy to drink enough water in your day?
You can put your hand down now :)

Water is a staple in our house.
The girls have it for school, in their drink bottles
I drink it throughout my day
And Dave… well he drinks it because he has to ;)

When the lovely Jill, from Fivespot, contacted me and asked if I would like to trial the KOR Hydration Vessels I was curious
Here I was thinking a “drink bottle” was just a “drink bottle”
I mean what difference could a “Vessel” have on the way you drink it? Water is water….
I was also in need of a new “drink bottle”, because I’d thrown my “recycled” bottle away, so the timing was perfect!!!

So firstly a little about the range of vessels avaliable

KOR Delta

“KOR Delta incorporates everything we've learned about the art of high style, high performance hydration.
It's an on-the-go vessel with a confident personality and groundbreaking new features.
The versatile Delta features an easy-to-open, push button cap with ergonomic handle, KOR's Perfect Spout™,
and a new safety latch for worry-free closure. The cap and vessel separate with a simple twist for easy cleaning.”

KOR Delta Range

Available in Green/Pink/Blue/Black

KOR Vida

“We love the durability and beauty of steel. But we didn't like the way steel bottles felt in our hands – or on our lips.
So we pushed ourselves to create a better solution.
Our reward was Vida. Its tapered profile and ergonomic handle make it a joy to hold.
Our smooth, threadless spout replicates our Perfect Spout™, a first for any steel bottle.”

KOR Vida Range

Available in White/Black/Natural (stainless steel)

KOR Aura

“We love a design challenge.
That's why we decided to create a vessel that exceeded our standards for style and performance, while also offering great value.
Its inviting twist-off cap shields the mouthpiece from germs and dirt. Its sleek, tapered profile is pleasing.
And its Perfect Spout™ is a delight to drink from.”

And the brand new colours, about to be released in December

All bottles come in 500ml or 750ml sizes.

All vessels are completely BPA free, and are made from either Eastman Tritan or Stainless steal,
with food grade silicone seals and polypropylene caps.
I’ve seen the vessels available in a sports store, so you may have to shop around to find them
But to give you a ballpark… The Delta range is priced at RRP $24.95 for the 500 ml and 750 ml RRP $29.95.
Now I don’t buy anything but the cheap plastic drink bottles so the price would deter me from buying one,
BUT our girls go through at least one drink bottle each school year.
The KOR bottles are such good quality that I think you would get MANY years out of one,
so it would probably work out to be a much cheaper option in the long run!

Now back to the review part of this blog post!

I was able to choose which vessel I wanted to try so I choose one of the gorgeous Delta bottles
In blue, of course, and the larger 750ml (making it easy to know I have reached my 2 litre daily intake)

I was also sent a Aura vessel to try out

Also in blue this on is a 500ml bottle.
Both come with the Ergo comfort, hygienic spout, easy clean and easy fill features but I really like the Delta.

I thought I would show you a little video I made so you can see, first hand,
some of the cool things that the Delta hydration vessel has to offer

And finally, there are a couple of things that are noteworthy about this company, aside from their hydration vessels.
They value water, calling themselves “water advocates”.
Their approach is “Better Me, Better World” because they say “you can make a difference without giving up everything you love”.
They are out to “change our perception of water: to celebrate and treasure water for its role in life”.
AND
With their mission being “to protect, celebrate and treasure water” KOR have set up an program called Thirst For Giving,
which you can read more about on their website.

Disclosure: This is not a paid sponsored post. I received 2 Hydration Vessels, for review purposes, and all opinions expressed are purely my own.
